The 35th ALCUCOA Capability Training, held at Bohol Bee Farm Hotel from October 2-4, 2024, brought together 62 participants from various local colleges and universities across the Philippines. The event featured esteemed resource speakers, Dir. Arthur Luis Florentin, former Executive Director of the Civil Service Institute and 12th President of PMAP, and Dr. Elizabeth Montero, former University President of Urdaneta City University and current ALCUCOA Vice President. Dir. Florentin delved into the "Learning Balance Scorecard," while Dr. Montero presented insights on "Understanding Employee Engagement Towards a Successful LCU Organization," equipping participants with essential tools to enhance institutional performance and engagement in the LCU community.
